Improve UX of the fit-view button during animations - #222

Rapid clicks on the fit-view control now reverse the active transition while reusing the viewport captured before the first fit. Superseded transitions cannot overwrite the latest toggle target or capture an intermediate viewport.

Use one active-transition token both to identify the latest asynchronous viewport transition and to mark it as running. Keep the captured viewport in one place and explicitly track when visible movement makes restoring available.
