LangGraph now lives directly in each base template's source, dependencies, and lockfile. Removes the old SDK-only implementation and LangGraph overlays. The CLI defaults to LangGraph; Vercel AI SDK and Eve remain overlays and remove unused LangGraph files/dependencies.
The Cloud LangGraph route uses Chat Completions and the new
storeLangGraphHistoryhelper. Its afterAgent middleware persists the complete new turn in one call after success: user message, assistant messages, tool calls and results. Replayed history is excluded. Failed or stopped generation is not persisted. Self-hosted persistence stays app-owned.Uses the published @openuidev/server 0.1.1 package from #1325. The Cloud template lockfile pins the registry release with its integrity hash; Vercel overlay lockfiles remain intact. #1321 is independent and based directly on main.
Validation: server and CLI checks passed; all six template/framework combinations scaffold; the Cloud template type-checks against the local new server build. An actual LangGraph stream with mocked provider/storage transports exercised a two-step weather tool loop, verified the complete new turn was saved in a single call before stream completion, and checked that failed generation makes no storage call and missing-thread validation. Live Gateway calls were not tested.
