Description:

• Previously, the package would insert blank pages between sections when the previous section ended on an odd-numbered page. This can now be controlled by the insert-blank-pages parameter, which takes the values "all" (default), "body-only" and "none".
• Added some extra padding to the level 1 headings appearing on the front matter (everything before chapter 1).

• ensured that my package is licensed such that users can use and distribute the contents of its template directory without restriction, after modifying them through normal use.
