Changes:

• Add charge-style: "circled" to smiles(), mol(), smiles-inline(), smiles-cetz(), and ce(). It draws each formal charge as a sign inside a circle.
• Add stacked-charges: false to ce(). It writes a charge after its subscript instead of over it.
• Add rxn-arrow(label-size:). Condition labels now default to 0.8em of the surrounding text instead of a fixed 8pt.
• Draw ce() reaction arrows with New Computer Modern Math when the current math font cannot extend them to the width of their labels.
• Give each displayed fragment of a formula abbreviation such as CO₂H or NO₂ its own atom index, so references and highlights can address it.
• Fix molecular layout, hydrogen references, annotation bounds, and catalytic-cycle arrows.
