This pull request adds a custom script to the World Buffs NPC, allowing him to buff all the players in your group, including bots. Which buffs to be applied are determined by the class and role of each player, by attempting to detect that with certain talents they picked.
There is also an option to buff only yourself, should you wish to keep an advantage over the others.
It also adds an option to give the whole group a fire resistance buff. My guild used to do that before we ran BWL.
There is one more really custom option, which is to give you the Windfury buff on your main hand weapon. I really wanted that possibility when I was playing a Human Warrior.
