Why the change

ndepe's exact nft pin keeps consumers on an older release, so this upgrades to nft 1.x and allows compatible updates through a caret range.

Special things to note

  • nft 1.x raises the effective Node.js minimum from 18 to 20, and ndepe now declares that requirement; the existing changeset still proposes a patch release, so release classification remains a maintainer decision.
  • All 8 Vitest tests and 8 release tests pass on Node.js 20.19.0 and 26.10.0; frozen installs, Biome and ESM/CJS plus declaration builds pass on 26.10.0.

Change outline

 {
+  "engines": { "node": ">=20" },
   "dependencies": {
-    "@vercel/nft": "0.29.2",
+    "@vercel/nft": "^1.11.0",
   }
 }

The exact 0.29.2 pin keeps every consumer on an nft release that is more
than a year old and forces them to override or patch the transitive
dependency to pick up tracing fixes.
