Pin WEVM actions to the reviewed v1.0.0 snapshot without changing action paths, inputs, or upstream major slots. Dependabot checks workflows and local composite actions every Monday, applies a seven-day cooldown, and maintains one grouped version-update PR. Existing non-Actions dependency policies are preserved.
Hosted delivery is verified by wevm/actions#18 and wevm/viem#5355. Consumers remain SHA-pinned, for example
