Validation
Integrates #24 and adds real installed OpenAI SDK transport/stream parsing regression using a synthetic key and in-memory MockTransport, no external requests or API costs. Official OpenAI Docs consulted for chat completion interface. 111 tests and 13 subtests pass, compileall/catalog export/browser JS syntax pass. Tested SDK 3.28.0, isolated worktree preserved existing user edits. Full CI required before authorized one-time review bypass; protections unchanged.
