Wiremind decommissions Python 3.13. - requires-python is >=3.14. CI tests Python 3.14 only. - ruff targets py314. The UP037 autofix removes one quoted annotation. - The example Dockerfiles use python:3.14. BREAKING CHANGE: chartreuse 8.0.0 does not install on Python 3.13.
