Closed: the run passed (20/20) with the same packages as the failed runs, so the 15->16 upgrade failure is intermittent. |

Temporary: prints pg_upgrade_server.log when test_spilo.sh stops, to debug test_successful_inplace_upgrade_to_16 in CI. Will be closed.
