Add create, delete, update and prune for emulators and the SDK - #24

Create and delete emulators, update the SDK and remove what no emulator uses, all with lists to pick from. - --create without a name asks for the Android version, then the device and name of one or more emulators - --delete [name] removes emulators, from a checkbox list or by name, after a confirmation - --update installs newer SDK packages for what is in use and skips system images no emulator uses - --prune removes system images, platforms and sources no emulator uses, one package at a time, and shows why sdkmanager refuses one - A spinner with a clear text while we wait for the SDK tools. They now run asynchronously, so it keeps turning - The setup question names what it does, like "Create Pixel_10_API_37_0 now?", instead of "Set up the 1 missing item now?" - The new commands are in the startup screen, --help and the README

You could start emulators and set up the SDK, but creating a specific one,
cleaning up or keeping things current meant going to Android Studio or
sdkmanager. This adds that to the CLI:
--createwith no name asks for the Android version, then the device andname of one or more emulators.
--create <name>works as before.--deleteshows a checkbox list of your emulators, or takes names. It asks before deleting.
--updateinstalls newer versions of what is in use (command-line tools,platform-tools, emulator and the system images your emulators run on).
Newer images that no emulator uses are skipped.
--pruneremoves system images, platforms and sources that no emulatoruses. Everything unused is selected, you deselect what you want to keep.
Build tools, NDK and CMake are never touched.
All of them support
--dry-run, and--yesskips the questions.Other changes
blocking calls would have frozen it. It says what it is doing per command
("Checking your setup...", "Looking for updates...").
instead of "Set up the 1 missing item now?".
--helpand README are updated.
