[Bug]: Fix mobile responsiveness of the Graphify web app #4201

Description

@smngvlkz

Pre-flight checks

  • I have checked the Troubleshooting section in the README

What happened?

The Graphify web app layout does not use the available viewport correctly across both mobile and desktop-sized screens.

On narrow mobile viewports, the main content is constrained to a narrow desktop-sized column, leaving a large unused black area and causing navigation, filters, panels, and the fixed “Deep research your codebase…” input to appear cramped or clipped.

The same issue also occurs in responsive desktop browser views: the dashboard remains constrained to a narrow column instead of expanding to use the available width.

The attached screenshots show the issue in both mobile and desktop responsive layouts.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://app.graphify.com.
2. Open a graph or dashboard view.
3. View the app on a mobile viewport.
4. Also resize a desktop browser to a narrow responsive viewport using DevTools.
5. Observe the page width, navigation, filters, graph/dashboard panels, cards, and fixed research input.

Error output or graph output

The app should adapt to the available viewport width across mobile and desktop responsive layouts.

- Main content should use the available width without leaving a large unused area.
- Navigation and filters should collapse, wrap, or scroll intentionally without clipping.
- Dashboard cards and graph panels should scale or reflow appropriately.
- Graph controls should remain usable with touch and mouse input.
- The fixed research input should not obscure content.
- Wide desktop layouts should continue to use the available horizontal space.

Closing this issue because the reported responsive web-app code is maintained outside this repository.
