When stock management is disabled, Inventory Logs, Stock Counts and Low Stock still appear in the sidebar. Cache the branch stock-management setting when loading or saving settings, and use it to hide those three entries. Historical records remain accessible and unchanged.
Validation: JavaScript syntax checks for both changed files; attribution check passed. Installer deployment is not included.
