Add standalone WithPreviewRenderer rendering

Improve Renderer composition, query loading, and retry behavior.

Changes

• Add Renderer slots for content, query loading, errors and retry.
• Preserve completed query results during streamed edits, expose query-dependent placeholders, and initialize the existing type-mismatch telemetry counter.

Validation

• Server build, typecheck, 10 existing tests, lint and formatting pass.
• All 43 response-bundle tests pass.
• 36 inline execution checks cover metadata, direct-tool precedence, full-response transport, continuation state, parallel tools, trusted-context isolation, errors, non-serializable and falsy results, malformed batches, duplicate IDs, call/round limits, cancellation, deadlines and no snapshot replay.
• In-memory TypeScript consumer checks enforce required context and prevent registry/context injection through execution input; context-free calls remain supported.
• Package validation passes with publint and Are the Types Wrong across CommonJS, ESM and bundler entry points. No client runtime is exported.

The execution checks use mocked Gateway responses; no new test files or live backend traffic.
