feat(server): register tools for generation and execution

Register tool metadata and handlers once with openUIClient.tools.create<Context>(registry). The returned definitions feed generation, and execute({ name, arguments, response }, { context, signal }) uses the same handlers at runtime. This avoids maintaining separate generation and execution registries.

Registered names run directly on the host server. Other names use the complete OpenUI response through /v1/app/execute; the existing loop handles sandbox continuations and returns the final value. Applications using saved MiniApp IDs authorize and load their response before execution. The generic API does not route artifact references to the dashboard endpoint.

• Keep openUIClient.tools.execute({ tools, ... }) for existing handler maps; both APIs share one loop.
• Project only serializable generation metadata: name, description, parameters and optional output.
• Keep context, cancellation and deadlines per invocation, separate from request input. Typed contexts are required when declared.
• Preserve concurrent tool batches, bounded rounds and calls, duplicate-call checks, cancellation and no replay after snapshot failures.
• Document registration, generation, direct/script execution, route error handling, frontend-only tools and application-owned storage.

The base remains the shared client/Autofix branch. Changes are limited to the server executor, its public types, documentation and changeset; no Renderer or backend code changes.

Validation: all 45 existing package tests, type checking, lint, formatting, build, publint and package export/type checks pass. Fourteen inline mocked runtime checks cover metadata projection, trusted-context isolation, direct precedence, continuations, concurrent batches, falsy results, unknown and duplicate calls, no snapshot replay, cancellation, deadlines, execution limits and built-package imports. In-memory compiler checks verify public context inference and required inputs. No new test files or live backend requests.
